Pete Brucken is a lifelong shooter and firearms enthusiast. He has completed several professional level training courses and is committed to seek out training from as many different sources as possible. He enjoys the tactical aspects of the shooting arts, and is a strong proponent that mindset, tactics, skill, and equipment (in that order) are the fundamentals for defensive shooting. Pete’s philosophy is that an open mind is required for learning, even if you think you ‘know it all’, you may learn something. If a tactic or technique doesn’t work for you, discuss it with your instructor. During a crisis, people won’t rise to the occasion, they will default to their level of training, so please practice what you learn.
